With pour-over — V60, Chemex or Aeropress — it unfolds its full aromatic potential. Mandarin and rosemary express themselves clearly, honey appears in the aftertaste.

With immersion — French Press or Clever — the body becomes more present and the sweetness remains balanced, with a slight acidity note that adds vibrancy without overpowering.

As espresso — it transforms. Sweetness intensifies, body concentrates, and the result is a cup that needs no sugar or milk to be memorable.
