We visit the producers. We don't buy coffee from a screen — we know the farms, we understand the challenges of the field, and we respect every stage of the process from the tree to your cup. That traceability is not marketing: it's how we work.

We are certified by the Specialty Coffee Association because we believe that knowledge is not optional when your name is on every bag. Every batch that leaves our roaster has been sampled, graphed, cupped, and approved. Nothing reaches your hands without having passed through that filter.
